The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per colour for most custom clothing items, but the MOQ would be 500 - 1,000 pieces for some items made of special technical fabric.
What can I do if I need less than the Minimum Order Quantity?
We understand it can be frustrating when you only need a small number of pieces. Our flexibility sets us apart. While we can handle large orders for those looking to start a brand, we also cater to individuals with smaller, personalized orders. No need to worry about meeting a minimum quantity requirement. What about size charts?
We always comply with the standard size charts which are commonly used by international brands for different areas.
Can I have my own design and sizing?
Yes, you can send us your own design and sizing and we will strictly follow your instruction. Our team can also assist you in creating the perfect design based on your preferences. We're flexible and here to make the process convenient for you.
Can I get samples before order & production?
Certainly! We understand the importance of seeing and feeling the quality before making a larger commitment. We will make samples with your approval of artwork & selection at a certain cost that is refundable upon order placed.
How long does it take for bulk production?
It takes at least 20 days depending on quantity of orders, details of items, projects schedule, season... We'll provide you with a clear timeline during the initial discussions, and we work efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Please contact us for a plan.
